1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and hygiene-related products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

  • Customers must submit clear images or videos for damaged or incorrect items.

4. PICKUP & SHIPPING OF RETURNS

  • Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or wallet, as applicable.

  • Refund timelines:

    • UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days

    • Debit / Credit Cards: 5–10 business days

    • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Actual credit time depends on the bank or payment provider.


6. PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Missing accessories

  • Visible usage or damage not reported earlier

  • Items returned in non-original condition


7. REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within the applicable return window.


8. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.

  • Cancellation after dispatch may attract shipping charges.

  • Orders already delivered cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.


9. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Product quality and authenticity

  • Timely processing of approved refunds

  • Adhering to platform return timelines

Failure to comply may result in penalties or account suspension.


10. PLATFORM RIGHTS

My City Prime Store reserves the right to:

  • Modify return eligibility based on product category

  • Reject fraudulent or excessive return requests

  • Withhold refunds in case of policy abuse


11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes:

  • Customers may contact customer support for resolution.

  • Platform decisions shall be final and binding.
